# Plans & Pricing

Matproof offers four plans. New signups start a 14-day Professional trial — no credit card required up front. After the trial, you can choose the plan that fits.

> The **Free** plan is intentionally minimal — most signups go straight onto the Professional trial. Free is the safe default for accounts where billing has lapsed or no plan has been chosen.

### Enterprise — Custom

Everything in Professional, plus:

* Unlimited frameworks (including custom frameworks)
* Unlimited team members
* Unlimited integrations and API access
* Enterprise evidence automation
* Advanced vendor risk and TPRM
* Custom trust center
* Dedicated success manager
* SSO / SAML
* Optional self-hosting

## Trial

Every new organization starts on a **14-day Professional trial** with full access to all Professional features. During the trial, a banner counts down the remaining days. If a card isn't on file when the trial ends, the organization is paused and prompted to upgrade — no data is deleted.

## Add-Ons

Some features are metered or sold separately on lower tiers:

* **Penetration tests** — Pay-per-scan tier caps: $100 (Starter), $300 (Professional), unlimited on Enterprise
* **Security questionnaires** — 5/month (Starter), 50/month (Professional), unlimited (Enterprise)
* **Device agent endpoints** — Included; volume pricing on Enterprise

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Can I switch plans?** Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings > Billing. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

**Do you offer non-profit or startup pricing?** Yes, contact [sales@matproof.com](mailto:sales@matproof.com).

**What payment methods do you accept?** Credit card via Stripe (all major cards). Enterprise customers can pay by SEPA bank transfer or invoice.

**Are prices in USD or EUR?** Prices are in EUR. USD-denominated billing is available on request for Enterprise customers.
